I had to give up my Eight O'Clock Columbian due to stomach issues. I'm so glad I "discovered" this product, because I really like my coffee and I like it strong. I saw this online a few days ago and it came in today and I'm in heaven. The Cool Brew French Roast rates right up there to me. Thank you New Orleans Coffee Company. I'll be back.Using the portion control, I got 30 cups of coffee.
Until we read the ingredients listing we thought it must have alcohol in it for a preservative. We cold brew our own freshly ground coffee all the time, and thought we'd try this as a way to have some concentrate on hand for those times when we've come up short. Maybe it's the chicory in the formulation, but this isn't close to being an acceptable substitute for what we make ourselves. We didn't finish the bottle. An extra star for convenience is all it gets.
i love the product this is the fourth time I've re-ordered. I like my coffee iced, even in winter.
I JUST MICROWAVED HOT WATER IN A CUP FOR A MINUTE AND POURED IN WHAT I WANTED RETURNED TO MICRO FOR 15-30 SEC. DO NOT LET THE "FRENCH ROAST" FOOL YOU INTO THINKING IT IS REALLY STRONG LIKE THE GROUND COFFEE. MAX. IT IS A BETTER BUY OF THE OTHERS THEY MAKE AS YOU CAN ADJUST THE STRENGTH W/WATER. I AM STILL TRYING DIFFERENT PRODUCTS. DON'T OVERCOOK IT. IT CAN BE LEFT OUT OF FRIDGE FOR SEVERAL HRS.
this is quick and easy coffee if you have access to hot water. i only used it to make hot coffee. the coffee has no acidic taste and is smooth. however , i didn't think the flavor was " coffee " enough. i think coffee should have a full mouth feel and taste somewhat sweet. i dont' think this measured up to that standard.
